When delivery happens
Leaderboard placement is delivered when a successful payment is verified and the corresponding listing total is updated.
When we can review a refund
Duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or a verified payment that fails to deliver purchased backing because of a RANKR.VIP system error can be reviewed for refund.
What is not a delivery failure
Moving down because someone later outbids you is part of the product. A lack of clicks, followers, sales or other outcomes is not a delivery failure.
How to request help
Use Contact and include your listing, approximate amount and any payment reference. We aim to review support requests within 5 business days.
Your rights
Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
